Magickal Minds Metaphysical Fair presents: Vitalum Vitalis
September 18, 2027 · Monroeville Convention Center
This time around, we’re approaching sponsorship a little differently. We’re seeking a Title Sponsor through a monetary contribution to help bring the fair to life. Below, you’ll find our transformed sponsorship opportunities: creative ways to support a specific area, activity, VIP experience, prize, or other part of the gathering and become part of the Magick.
Title Sponsor
The Title Sponsor provides a monetary contribution in support of the fair. This partnership is a way to have a prominent role in bringing Vitalum Vitalis to life.
If you’re interested in becoming the Title Sponsor, please contact us to discuss the opportunity and its recognition details.
Other Sponsorships
Sponsorship can take many forms. You might support a particular experience, contribute a product or service, or suggest an idea of your own. We’ll work with you to find an opportunity that fits your business, organization, or creative practice.
Sponsor an Experience
Help bring a featured activity, performance, demonstration, or gathering to life. Depending on the opportunity, sponsorship recognition may include your name or logo in related event materials and acknowledgment connected to the experience.
Become a Vendor-Sponsor
Vendors can pair their participation with a sponsorship opportunity. Depending on availability and the arrangement, this may include an expanded booth space along with agreed-upon sponsorship recognition.
Contribute to the VIP Experience
Contribute an item, sample, or promotional material for VIP gift bags. Businesses may also inquire about sponsoring the physical VIP bags.
Sponsor a Door Prize
Contribute an item, service, or experience for a door prize drawing. Your contribution becomes part of the excitement guests can look forward to at the fair.
Support an Event Feature
You may be able to sponsor a specific area, activity, or event need. Tell us what you have in mind, and we can explore whether it’s a good fit.
Offer another In-Kind Contribution
Products, services, materials, and other practical contributions can help make the fair possible. If you have something useful to offer, include it in your inquiry.
Recognition and Partnership Details
Depending on the opportunity, sponsorship recognition may include:
Recognition on the fair website or social media
Acknowledgment in event materials or signage
Recognition connected to a sponsored activity or feature
A vendor booth or expanded booth space, when available
Inclusion of an item or promotional material in VIP bags
Acknowledgment associated with a door prize or in-kind contribution
Specific benefits depend on the sponsorship arrangement, timing, availability, and the nature of the contribution. We’ll confirm the details with you before anything is finalized.
Let’s create a meaningful fit
When you reach out, tell us a little about your business or organization, what you’d like to contribute, and which part of the fair interests you. You’re also welcome to suggest an idea of your own.
We’ll review your inquiry and follow up to discuss availability, recognition, and next steps. Sponsorship opportunities are confirmed individually and may be limited.
