*When unloading, you may park near the South Hall (except the spot designated for the Coffin Bean that is posted in the Private Vendors Only Facebook Group). Once you are done unloading, please move your car further away from the South Hall. There are places designated "More Parking" on the map below. Extenuating circumstances also accounted for.

Food Options listed at the bottom of the page before the Event Map. You will also get a hard copy of this information on your table at the event.

Candles/Fire Etc. :No Open Flames allowed at this event! The Monroeville Convention Center does not allow open flames of any kind inside of the building due to the fire code.

Workshop Facilitators: You have 15 minutes before & after your time slot to prepare and breakdown. Be mindful of the time and wrap-up your workshop on time. MMMF Staff will be at the workshop room doors for all FREE workshops to check registrants in.

Table Coverings: Although table vinyl and skirting are included, we do not mind if you bring your own! We understand everyone has a different aesthetic :)

Reminder: Per our contract, we are NOT allowed to bring our own tables. We ARE permitted to bring free-standing displays and grid walls as long as they fit in the 10x10 space.

Monroeville Convention Center-South Hall

209 Mall Plaza Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146

Monroeville Convention and Events Center is located two miles west of Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 57 and Pittsburgh's Parkway East (I-376). Located next to the Monroeville Mall, with a diverse mix of stores and restaurants, MCC is only 12 miles east of Pittsburgh and an easy drive from the mountains of the Laurel Highlands. MCC is 13 miles from Allegheny County Airport and 32 miles from Pittsburgh International Airport, so getting there is effortless. Travelers will find it less than a half day's drive from Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, Baltimore, Maryland, Washington DC, and West Virginia.

South Hall is located in the BACK of the Convention Center, and it looks like this:

Customer's will enter through the glass doors you see above.

Vendors will load/unload through "Garage Door A," which is to the LEFT of the glass doors, and it looks like this:

Parking

Please Do NOT park directly in front of Garage Door A. There is parking near Garage Door A. The following map outlines ALL of the available parking. Monroeville Convention Center will also be providing a couple carts for our use.

Carts will be located upon entrance of Garage Door A, to the right, at the entrance to South Hall Main.

Booths are 10x10 and look like this:

8' backdrop & 3' drape on each side.

Please Note: If you are a healer or tattoo artist, your booth will have 8' drape on all sides.

All tables will have table vinyl and table skirting.

2 chairs are included with each booth.

Booths will include a small trash can. There are also large trash cans that will be placed throughout the event. MCC Staff will empty both vendor and large trash cans for us.

There will be WiFi available for all vendors at no charge. The Monroeville Convention Center has warned us that, the more people that connect, the slower it goes. So, we ask that you only connect to WiFi if your service is spotty and you are using it for digital payments and/or to provide your services. The password will be issued to you the day of the event; Barry will have the password.

All extra services have been ordered and accounted for. MCC may allow for extra tables or electric the day of the event, but at increased cost as noted on the Service Order Form. To download the "Service Order Form," click the button below.

FOOD OPTIONS

-MCC has a small snack booth on the main floor, in the corner by the hallway of the restrooms.

-Thefamilycreations LLC (Booth 29) has cupcakes, monster cookies, soft pretzels. You can order directly by texting 405-492-8479. They have a runner to come to your booth. They accept cash & they have a Square machine that can be brought to your booth. Picture of menu can be found below.

-Health Style Design has a local business that offers smoothies, acai bowls, energy drinks, protein bars, ect. The business is called “NrGize Lifestyle Café” and can be found on DoorDash. To get a peak of the menu, please visit the app at toasttakeout.page.link They close at 5pm, so DoorDash orders will need to be placed before 4pm.

-Many local restaurants are also on DoorDash.

-The Coffin Bean has all of your caffeine needs and they are located outside.
